Chad was professional and did what was required to ensure that my home was safe. When he came to look at it he was fully transparent and when it came time to remove and cleanup the damages, they only did what was strictly necessary to get to the source of the issue.

The team arrived quickly after calling. They assessed my situation and determined I did not have water intrusion. The team was respectful, clean and professional. They did not charge me for the inspection and they made sure I was comfortable with their assessment before they left. This will be the only company I will call moving forward (although I hope I never have to again). Thank you for the peace of mind!

We live in Desert Hills, just outside Cave Creek. Woke up one morning to a lot of water...turns out our A/C condensation line had been leaking for a while. I filed my claim with my homeowners and then immediately got in touch with Fast Track. They had a whole team at our home the next day pulling out all of the saturated flooring and drywall. Then to make things even easier on us, worked directly with my homeowners adjuster to ensure everything they did was covered. They took a situation that easily could have been very difficult and made it easy. They showed up daily to check the humidity levels and kept us informed every step of the way. I hope I never need them again, but if anything floods, they are my first call!

Best water mitigation team out here! My house flooded and they were able to respond within 30 minutes. They billed everything through my insurance and pretty much was able to make my home a home again. Forever thankful for these guys and I would recommend them to anyone!
