About Fast Track Restoration
Fast Track Restoration is what happens when thirty-plus years of combined restoration experience decides the big franchises are doing it wrong — and opens shop in Mesa to prove it.
Restoration Is a Trust Business. We Act Like It.
Nobody calls a restoration company on a good day. You call us with water on the floor at midnight, smoke in the air, or a smell in the wall you're afraid to name — and whoever answers has enormous power over what the next month of your life looks like.
That's the responsibility this company was built around. Fast Track Restoration is locally owned, female-owned, and independently operated — not a franchise, not private-equity owned — headquartered off Reseda in northeast Mesa and staffed by a tight local crew: the same names — Brian, Chad, Logan, and the rest — that show up in our Google reviews year after year. We're an IICRC Certified Firm with ASD- and WRT-certified professionals on our team, we document every loss so your insurance carrier has what it needs, and we've dried and remediated homes across every corner of the East Valley.
What we don't do: scare-scope demolition, invoice surprises, or pretending to be a general contractor. We specialize in emergency mitigation, structural drying, remediation, and cleanup. When reconstruction or licensed specialty-trade work is needed, we can refer you to trusted, appropriately licensed independent professionals who work directly with you — and you are always free to choose your own contractor.

Why we built Fast Track
Two Founders, One Philosophy
Fast Track was founded by Becci Stoflet and Brian Bradford around a shared belief that restoration could be done better. Brian brought hands-on restoration and operational experience; Becci brought more than two decades of emergency and critical-care nursing, leadership and clinical education. Different backgrounds, same philosophy: assess what is actually happening, rely on the evidence, communicate clearly with the homeowner, and do the work the loss requires — not the work that creates the biggest invoice.
Why independent ownership matters
That philosophy is also why Fast Track remains locally and independently owned. The decisions about a customer's home aren't being made to satisfy a franchise system or an out-of-state investment group. They're being made by people who work in the business every day and whose reputation lives right here in the community.
We built Fast Track because we wanted the focus to stay on doing the job correctly for the homeowner — not on maximizing the value of a loss to benefit a franchise system, a private-equity group, or a company headquartered somewhere else. Locally owned, female-owned, independently operated: not a franchise, not private-equity owned. We want every homeowner to understand that before we ever set foot in the door.
Who shows up
Meet the People Behind Fast Track Restoration
No call center, no rotating cast. This is the senior team that answers the phone, scopes the loss, and signs off on the drying logs.
-
Becci Stoflet
Co-Founder & CEO
More than two decades of emergency and critical-care nursing, leadership, and clinical education before restoration. Becci applies the same rule to every loss she used at the bedside: assess what is actually happening and let the evidence drive the plan.
-
Brian Bradford
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Hands-on restoration and operational experience across water, fire, and mold losses. Brian runs the field side — crews, equipment, and the drying science behind every scope.
-
Chad Hale
General Manager
Keeps the whole operation moving day to day — dispatch, scheduling, and making sure every homeowner knows what happens next and when.
-
Logan Bone
Quality Specialist & Project Manager
Manages jobs from the first walkthrough to the final moisture reading, and owns the quality check that says a home is actually dry before we call it done.
What we run on
Three Values, Zero Asterisks
Customer Commitment
We treat your home as our own, because we don't exist without you. Every decision on a job answers one question: what would we want done if this were our kitchen?
Transparency
Honest scopes, honest billing, honest timelines. You see the moisture readings, the photos, and the estimate for our scope that your adjuster sees — nothing happens to your house that you can't verify.
Passion
We love this work — the science of drying, the discipline of a clean containment, the moment a family gets the call that the readings say dry. It shows.

Why a Local Crew Beats a National Logo
Dispatch is down the street
Franchises cover the Valley from wherever the franchisee rents space. Our trucks stage in northeast Mesa, minutes from the 202 and US-60 — which is why "about an hour" is a schedule, not a slogan.
We know our lane
Mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, cleanup — that's what we do, and we do it to standard. When reconstruction or a licensed trade is needed, we refer you to trusted, appropriately licensed professionals who work directly with you. Here's how that hand-off works.
Your claim, clearly documented
Xactimate estimates for our scope, photo documentation, daily drying logs, and direct communication with your carrier as needed. Coverage is your carrier's call — but they'll have everything they need to make it.
Skin in the community
We live here. Our kids go to school here. When your neighbor asks who did your restoration, our name is our marketing — which is the strongest quality-control system ever invented.
