Our Commitment
Fast Track Restoration wants every visitor — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology — to be able to learn about our services, read our guides, and reach our 24/7 dispatch line without barriers. We build and maintain this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard.
What This Site Does
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page;
- A "skip to content" link for keyboard users;
- Menus and accordions that are fully keyboard-operable, built on native browser controls;
- Text alternatives on informative images;
- Labeled form fields with clear focus states;
- Descriptive labels on icon-only buttons and links;
- Color combinations chosen for readable contrast on both light and dark sections;
- Reduced-motion support — animations are disabled when your device asks for less motion;
- Responsive layouts that reflow rather than clip when text is enlarged or zoomed.
Known Limitations
The embedded Google Map on our contact and service-area sections is provided by Google, and its internal controls are outside our control — every piece of information shown in the map (our address, phone, and service area) is also available as regular text on this site. Some images in our blog archive were created for our previous website; we improve their descriptions as we find gaps.
You Never Need the Website
Everything this site does, a phone call does too. A member of our Mesa crew answers (480) 788-3383 live, 24 hours a day — for emergencies, scheduling, insurance questions, or anything you'd otherwise do here.
Feedback
If any part of this site is difficult to use with your assistive technology, we genuinely want to know. Call (480) 788-3383 or email [email protected] and tell us what happened and what you were trying to do — we'll fix what we can and help you directly in the meantime.
